Eric was born in St. Boniface, Manitoba and raised in Rosetown, Saskatchewan.  After obtaining a Bachelor of Arts Degree in psychology, an Advanced Certificate in philosophy and a Bachelor of Law Degree from the University of Saskatchewan, Eric moved to Kelowna with his family to complete his articles.  Since relocating to the Okanagan, Eric has developed a general litigation practice.  Eric is currently focusing on commercial litigation, creditor’s remedies, estate litigation and personal injury law.  In 2010, Eric received his 10 year certificate from the Lawyer Referral Service to recognize his public service to increase access to justice.
